Seit 2024 haben über 400 Ärztinnen und Ärzte unsere Initiative für die Offenlegung des WZW-Vertrags 2026 unterstützt. Die jüngsten Analysen zeigen schwerwiegende Missbräuche im System: gefälschte Megapraxen in Vergleichsgruppen, falsche Morbiditätskriterien (PCG, Franchise, Hospitalisationen) und systematische Fehlanreize.

Jetzt braucht es entschlossenes Handeln:

Eine parlamentarische Untersuchung und Meldung an die Gesundheitskommissionen.

Rückforderungsklagen wegen fiktiver Megapraxen.

Ein WZW-Moratorium mit vollständiger Neuausrichtung und Transparenz der Verfahren.
Für eine faire, unabhängige und wissenschaftlich fundierte WZW-Prüfung in der Schweiz.

Depuis 2024, plus de 400 médecins ont signé notre initiative pour la publication du contrat WZW 2026. Nos analyses récentes ont révélé de graves abus: fausses « méga-pratiques » dans les groupes de comparaison, utilisation erronée des critères de morbidité (PCG, franchise, hospitalisations) et incitations perverses .

Nous demandons maintenant :

Une enquête parlementaire et une notification officielle aux commissions nationales de la santé.

Des actions en restitution du aux méga-pratiques fictives .

Un moratoire WZW accompagné d’une réorganisation complète et transparente des procédures. Pour des tests WZW justes, indépendants et basés sur la science en Suisse.

Since 2024, more than 400 physicians have joined our initiative calling for the disclosure of the WZW contract 2026. Recent findings expose major systemic abuses: fake megapractices in comparison groups, misuse of morbidity criteria (PCG, deductible levels, hospitalizations), and distorted incentives.

Urgent steps are required:

A parliamentary investigation and official reporting to national health commissions.

A WZW moratorium with a complete restructuring and transparency reform of current procedures. For a fair, independent, and evidence-based WZW system in Switzerland.
